    • We have connected all the products that we offer to the right truck models. As a second guarantee: If you have a chassis number we can do a final check for you.

    • How do I know that the selected product(s) are not Chinese-manufactured?
    • We do not use Chinese products ourself and therefore haven't included Chinese products in our product range.

    • Will I receive a confirmation for my order?
    • Yes , you will receive an e-mail confirming your order including an invoice and order number.

    • It's quite simple really! Start browsing on our website and put the products you want in the shopping cart by clicking on the "add to basket" button.

      When you are finished you can go to the checkout to view your cart and place your order. Fill in the appropriate information we need or login if you already have an account. As a final step you click on the "Place order now" button.

    • You will be charged shipping on all items unless you bought a vehicle at Kleyn Trucks or Kleyn Vans. In that case the parts will be transported together with the vehicle.     • Yes, we deliver worldwide. Our shippingpartners are DHL, TNT, FEDEX & PostNL


    • Do you refund shipping fees?
    • No, if the item has been shipped we do not refund the shipping fees.

    • Do you ship to post office boxes?
    • Yes, we can ship to post office boxes. But our orders are mainly shipped to a physical address. Therefore we advise you to contact our sales team to make the shipping arrangements.

    • Can I pick up the parts?
    • Yes you can pick up the parts after you have placed your order. Larger items may require some time to take out of inventory and ready for pick up, so please call ahead. Our repository is located on the Industrieweg 2, 4214 KZ Vuren, The Netherlands.

    • How can I track my order ?
    • When TNT is used for the shipment of your order your will automatically receive a Track & Trace e-mail. When DHL is used as a shipping method we will send you a copy of the shipping confirmation.

    • Notify the shipping company immediately, then contact us. We will work with you to get satisfaction from the shipping company.

    • What is the delivery time of the product(s)?
    • You can choose a normal delivery and receive the product(s) within 5 days or express delivery and receive the product(s) within 1 or 2 days, depending where you are located.

    • Yes, we have a worldwide delivery policy. When you order at TruckParts1919 the shippingcosts will be calculated before you place your order.

    • How do I return an item?
    • We sell used and new products. A Used item can't be returned unless we made other agreements prior to the order. If you wish to return a new product please contact us to make arrangements.

    • For used an new products different regulations apply. Please contact our sales team to get the information about cancelation possibilities.

    • What if I receive the wrong part?
    • We will ship the parts you request, so be sure of the make, model and/or type you need. If you have any doubts, please contact us prior to ordering, give us the year, make, model, serial number and possibly photographs and we will get you the correct part. If you have ordered/received the wrong part please contact us.
